Caste System

The Anti-Caste Discrimination Alliance revealed that 58% of respondents from South Asian backgrounds acknowledged that caste discrimination exists in the UK.   This is extremely significant, since the caste system originated in South Asia. But what exactly is the caste system and what is its correlation to the workplace?
